"Every piece begins with my photography, capturing a moment in time and place that makes me pause. Using the photograph as a base, I deepen the mood, intensify the light, and draw out what the camera’s limitations alone could not fully reveal. I transform the photograph using various methods, sometimes by hand-painting with acrylics, digital painting, or other techniques, to create the final composition. With these added dimensions, the richness of color and the flow of an engaging scene not only make time stand still but also welcome the viewer into my visceral world of contemporary art.
